About Rebuilding Together
Rebuilding Together started as a heartfelt initiative called "Christmas in April" in Midland, Texas, 1973. It's like receiving a gift - imagine having "Christmas in April." Aiming to lend a hand to neighbors in need, the concept grew, leading to the foundation of a national office in 1988 and a name change to "Rebuilding Together." With around 120 affiliates, we've been making a difference, one house at a time.
